According to the 15/1999 Organic Law of the 13th of December, concerning the Protection of Personal Data, I hereby declare that I have been informed and given my agreement in order that my personal information be included in the file called Consultas on-line, previously notified to the Spanish Agency of the Protection of Data, for which JARDINES DE ULETA S.L. is responsible. My information can be used for the administration of and in answer to the consultation or suggestion I completed on the company website.
Files, premises and systems of processing respect the necessary security measures of a technical and organizational nature, according to the requirements of article 9 of the Organic Law of Personal Data, part VIII RLOP in a way to guarantee the security of personal information and to avoid their correction, loss, processing or unauthorized use.
I declare that I have been informed of the possibility to exercise my rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition, which are expressly recognized by the Organic Law of Personal Data, by submitting a written and signed request for the attention of JARDINES DE ULETA S.L., C/ San Antonio, 10 4ºD, 01005 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), by fax to 945 13 54 54 or by email to lopd@jardinesdeuleta.com, with which a photocopy of my identity card must be enclosed. In the event of changes to my personal information, I must provide notification of this to the same address, acknowledging that the company accepts no responsibility if I fail to do so.
